Yeah, I don't believe that I've actually gained five pounds of fat. I have a hard time believing that it's muscle, either. I think it's most likely just a problem from weighing myself on two different scales.

I just downloaded it for my phone. Current: 116 Goal: 110
I know 6 pounds sounds lame, but I've already lost 4. And being so short, 10 pounds makes a difference!
Well...it sucks that you slipped up, but it happens. All you can really do is accept that you made a bad choice, learn from it, and keep trying. You're not doomed just because you made a mistake. :3
Okay so I'm too ashamed of myself to even keep using the app or post in this thread.
Today I ate an entire small Dominos pizza and 8-piece order of boneless wings, and then 4 hours later I pigged out at TGI Fridays.
I'll never be able to get my tattoo on my stomach. sad Or. You know. Not look pregnant in clothes.
It's okay. I got high last night and ate 3 servings of moose tracks ice-cream. 540 calories, oops!

So I keep forgetting about this thread.
Also I never have time to work out now, but I've been pretty consistently eating 1600 calories or less each day. When I was home yesterday, I weighed myself and I've lost five pounds. C:
