A New World (Open and Accepting ^^)

"Well enough to realize how much I have missed until this point" he answered finishing his item's and placing them in the sink. Turning on the hot water he simply let it wash over them intending to clean them a little later. "How about you. Obviously not as well as me if you woke to make breakfast." Even if he didn't show it he was rather happy she had done as many unneeded things as she did the small apartment for a time becoming a bit more homely.

"You don't need to do that" Ookami started as Amelia started to wash his dishes but even before he could put up much of a protest she had finished. He couldn't complain at her from keeping his room clean when she visited but he still felt odd at her doing it. "Games? Of course they are still here just like always" he said to her his voice still slightly gruff as he drank the rest of his coffee now refreshingly cooled off a tad. "It's not a bad way to kill some time. Go ahead and find the game your looking for I will be there in a moment" he commented towards her as he walked thru the kitchen to his pantry opening it up. On one side stood a food synthesizer while on the other side stood rows of shelves each lined with different foods.

Swiping his hand over the food synthesizer a monotone bing came from it as a door a few inch's from his hand opened a pack of cigarets sat in a small compartment. They were blue with "ice blast" across the label as he reached in and pulled them from the compartment it closing soon after. He was the only one on the ship likely that lived in the past still everything he did and kept it seemed held much of the feel of the start of the 21st century. "Right then" he muttered pulling one of the smokes from the pack tapping it on his wrist before setting it up to be held by the brim of his glasses. Walking out of the kitchen he entered back into the living quarters looking at the game on the screen as the preview showed two fighters going at it to the death. He knew the game but hadn't played it for some time now. "Alright then" he said taking a seat down next to her as he went about setting everything up to where they would be fighting each other. The character select screen popped up and Ookami quickly picked up a Asian looking man with a sharp edged hat his name displayed under the character.

He smiled "very well, shall I show you the way?"

It was evident tho even if he attempted to hide it that likely somewhere between his shifts more time then he would admit was spent on the game. Tho a tad clumsy the character rolled easily in Ookami's hands as he ended Amelia's character quickly. He barely took notice to her body weight leaned against his shoulder as he kept his fingers on the control. Back at the selection menu he danced around it his cursor pinging over each time he moved it finally landing on a female character as well. What parts of her body were covered held green hue clothes covering very little on her body. With another button press they were moved to the fight screen his decision to hold back a bit on her as he flicked thru the maps before settling for random.

"You worry to much about small things. It wasn't a bother so there isn't a need to apologize" he commented setting the control down. Even holding back he was still dominating the game against her which was making it a bit less fun to do even if it was with someone else. "How about something else" he commented as the screen returned back to the main screen triggered by a button press. A wall of pictures filled the screens as he looked around them for a bit finally settling on a title as he entered it. 'Samurai Warriors' flashed over the screen as a cinematic played showing the quality of CGI at that point of time. "It's still a fighting game but we can be on the same team rather then different ones" he said with a small smirk as he traversed the screens settling on a character select screen. He himself chose a young looking male in green carrying a spear as his character simply waiting for her as he leaned back a bit.

A she picked an overall all map of the combat area came up on the screen as game started up both of there characters riding horses into battle. The game was a large hack and slash with special moves tossed in to use on the hundreds upon hundrends of enemies that covered the battle field. Simply jumping off his horse Ookami's characters started to fight in a crowd of the soldiers. The fighting went on for awhile until it suddenly paused on screen a different screen appearing. It was an outline of the ship showing the area away from the ship and several of the debris called space rocks that were coming into close proximity of the shields. "Guess it's time" Ookami muttered reaching over and grabbing his headset as he tapped it a few times to make sure it was working. "Soon we can see just how well my weapons stand up to the onslaught that's about to hit us" Ookami said standing up donning the last few parts of his uniform as he turned back to Amelia a questioning look on his face of what she planned to do.

The difference between the good guys and the bad guys

(So....I am thinking of remaking this RP cause I liked it in the past. Just a heads up as to that.)

Is whether they use a human shield or make themselves one.
