As if Freya's wings hadn't endured enough of a beating already, some little blue thing waddled over and started plucking them painfully. She screeched, turning around and pulling her wings away. "Stoooop, whats yeh doings!" She cradled the end of her wings in her arms, pouting visibly.

The penguin looked like it was about to cry. Out of one eye, anyway. It held the feathers in sad uoıʇɐdıɔıʇuɐ contemplation, and offered them back.

"Wak," it said, trying to express that what it had done was whack.

"NO MORE MISTER NICE FREYA." She screamed, giving the penguin exactly what it wanted - a good view of her feathers, as one of her wings unwrapped from around the cages and whacked the penguin from here to kingdom come.

Herryk had been busy picking fuzz off of his loincloth so he really hadn't been paying attention to the house or the penguin attacking his ghoulfriend. When every last lint ball had been removed, Herryk BROUGHT THE PAIN TO THE GINGER HIZZY. Via fist.

Then he started picking the lint from his cape.

A little piece of the gingerbread house came flying at Herryk when he bashed into it. It smacked directly into his face and started moving. Wait, that was no piece of house..

The little creature peeled itself off of the draugr and blinked it's adorable little eyes.

"No," he grunted, slapping a fist down atop the candycane-wielding cookie-man's head.

The little gingerbread man slapped flat to the ground, and started crying.

"NOOOO, YOU MUST BE MY DADDY!!!" It screamed, running for Herryk's foot. When it reached him, it flung the little candycane so far up, trying to get his 'fathers' attention, that it may have just ripped a hole right through his Fear shield.

Herryk let out a screech the likes of which sounded utterly bizarre coming from a boil of Herryk's height and breadth. His booted foot glanced off of the little man before Herryk immediately backed.

"Go away! Herryk is not this cookie-boy's father!"

The gingerbread man sniffled as it was kicked away, and it splattered against the ground, crumbling at the edges.

"WHY. WON'T. YOU. LOVE ME."

It eyed the feathered lady beside him, before looking up at Herryk and giving him a creepy smile. "If you don't love me.. mommy WILL."

Herryk saw the glance that the cookie sent in Freya's direction and the draugr approached the cookie-man and brought one foot down, hopefully squishing the terrible thing in the process.

As the shadow of death (which looked suspiciously like a giant foot) came over him, the gingerbread man's eyes went wide and moist, and it rose it's little arms up in the air.

Anna... was done. She couldn't crouch under this table any longer. She had to try and get help. Somehow... "S-sorry, friends! I'll... I'm going to go get help! I'll be back..."

She scooped up Shibey and a food tray to use as a shield, then ran, heading out of the food court as fast as she could. If she could only make it to the door, then maybe... just maybe...

Amarus was making a very good point. If he left then she would indeed have all the fun. The gimblewolf felt useless. He'd been terrible in this fight from the beginning thanks to the strong stench of peppermints. Then he heard a little voice.

Anna was bailing to get help. Normally, Neil might have said something snarky, but this time he kept that to him self. Mostly because A. He agreed, help might be nice, and B. There was a ribbon covering his mouth right now. Hopefully Anna and Shibey would be alright on their own.

Right now there was a giant gingerbread house and his friends here that needed him. Feeling useless would have to wait for a little while as the team faced the giant monster of a gingerbread house.

Goopy was slowly rising in the trash bin. She was gumming her lips around a paper that had something on it. Didn't matter anyways. All of her drooling on it only just left lots of slime and goo on the paper. It's not like she could really eat or digest anything really. Her long fingers then dropped the paper as she pulled herself close to the can's edge. She peered out over the top of it. She looked at what looked like a walking gingerbread man. Why was it he was looking awfully yummy? He looked yummy to her. She watched him fall to the ground. How did she miss that suddenly there were walking.. cookie.. men... She floated up out of the can and lingered around to watch where they were coming from. But, then she saw someone running off towards another area of the mall. She was watching their hair move, and she decided to follow them and watch.
