Nope - I think it's the 7th. everyone i know is celebrating it today.. I thought Samhain was October 31st-November 1st? They can celebrate it when they please, but it falls on the 7th. No, it varies every year. Here is this year's calendar.

No, it varies every year. Here is this year's calendar. The confusion comes from forcing the Roman solar calendar onto the Celtic lunar calender. The Roman equivalent for the beginning of Samhain is October 31-November 1. If he is wanting to be culturally accurate then no it's not today.
