why do i always have period / bc questions?

SO I got my period today (I luv not being pregnant) but it came sort of late (usually its here by tuesday-wednesday)

and I mean my flow lasts for several days so I may still be uh menstruating sunday night when i start taking my bc again


is this okay or, i mean will it screw up my period for next month?

Actually, now that I think about it, my birth control never starts on the same day that my period does. But my period also (for some odd reason) became way irregular after I started taking it, so... I don't know how much that will affect anything, though. Maybe you can look up your brand of BC online or ask your doctor?

My period will normally start 3-5 days after i finish my bc, and then 3-5 days after i start it back up. So it should be fine.

no it's fine. mine always does that.

You should always take your bc after your placebo week ends regardless if you're still menstruating because otherwise you risk not having the right balance of hormones in you to keep you from getting preggers.

Never stop taking your BC. it's the Sunday after you start.
doesn't mean the Sunday after you stop, y'know?
