	Wazo froze, ears going back as she caught a scent. Dammit...WHY did she always end up coming RIGHT up to the borders of prides before she caught their markers?! Couldn't she catch them further away, BEFORE she might get in trouble?! She kept herself from whining, and took a breath to calm herself as she looked around. Okay...so far, no sign of a guard. Maybe she could...slink away? But...maybe she should wait? After all, she needed directions, since apparently the LAST set of directions she'd gotten hadn't gotten her ANY closer to her destination! Because this DEFINITELY wasn't the desert. She didn't see any sand.

	Vaslezu was unamused, walking to find escape from the pride, or perhaps get Shupavu's sense beaten into him. Losing their sister was hard, yes, given being too young to die yet, but this was sterpid to the male, and he weasn't happy. Others weren't either. His fuming was interrupted spying a lioness in bright colour, and he tensed. No, this was bad. His brother would force her to sty, and he approached. "Howdy darlin'! Kin ah help ye?"

	Wazo's ears swiveled as she heard a male voice, muscles tensing as she prepared for a possible fight. But...he sounded friendly. She hoped. She forced herself to be steady, to be the pure-blooded Firekin she was. "Actually, possibly. I didn't mean to come right up to the border but...well, I seem to have gotten lost."

	Wazo sighed, forcing herself to get over her discomfort around others. She'd need to get over it to be among the Firekin, anyways. "I was looking for the Firekin. The Motoujamii. My parents were both from there, and...well, I'm afraid I seem to keep getting bad directions."

	She could see how he'd get mistaken. He was large, and definitely had the 'proper' coloring. And...wait. He'd be willing to escort her? Oh thank Finar-si! "I would very much appreciate that, if it's alright!" The goddess didn't hate her! Something going right in this whole debacle of a journey!

	Wazo felt the skin under her fur grow warm at being called a 'lovely lady'. She...she wasn't that lovely! "It's nice to meet you as well. I am Kaa'wazo." She didn't bother saying who her parents were...he likely would know nothing of them. "Do you think...I could stay a night before we depart? I've been wandering for most of the day."

	Wazo smiled, an action that lit up her green eyes. "Thank you very much, Vaskezu. Your hospitality and help is very much appreciated!" Rest sounded wonderful. So very wonderful.

	Vaskezu nodded, nosing her to follow him as he moved for the dens at a steady, slow pace. It was nice to have company~
