Description: This clan's Kekki Genkai is focused by their eyes. The eyes change from the users natural color to the eyes. The are called Soul Eyes or Souru. The eyes go white with grey online for their Irises then the eyes will get a tattoo like marking; it will look different depending on the person. But every clan member is born with a tattoo like mark that appears a week after birth. The mark will appear any where on the body. It can't be seen through the clothes by Byakugon methods or any other jutsu. . The Souru can be used to connect with someone's mind with one look. They can find someone by their chakra. Souru is also a state of mind. It has one jutsu that lets the user connect with a close friend or loved one through their minds; to talk or relay messeges. The user would have to have had the persons chakra given to them. The name is Setsuzoku-jutsu.
History: The Kokoro Clan have always had large numbers of people in their clan. They are very secretive people. So much so that people don't think they have a kekkei genkai since they don't show their eyes or look alike. The clan has been around for about seven generations. They reside in the land of lightning, hidden village of Storm.
Open to all?: The clan can be used by others for their profiles but it's basically made for my character since her last name will a Kokoro. So yes.

Name of Clan: Feizi Clan
Element: N/A
Description: The Feizi Curse allows wielders to polymerize the air in their Chakra Circulatory system with the Chakra they already have, giving them a substance unique to the Feizi called Kinetic Chakra. Kinetic Chakra is less potent than regular Chakra, but they have extremely large reserves of it as long as they are moving. When they become still, the Kinetic Chakra rushes out of their body.
History: The Feizi clan is a very small clan, living in a very small village- the Village Hidden in Hell. The Feizi clan have been subject to numerous attacks by overzealous invaders, intent to control the Village Hidden in Hell. One attacker, however, was powerful, and the Feizi Clan could do nothing to stop him. He succeeded in controlling the small Village, but got bored of it quickly. He began killing off the clan members for fun. The Feizi, obviously, fought back, which displeased their new monarch. He placed a curse on the Feizi clan, making their skin horrendously weak, and placing holes in their skin, allowing the Chakra to simply flow out, making all Feizi and their descendants weak and have little chakra. After virtually destroying the Feizi clan, the greedy ruler left the Feizi to their fate.
But the Feizi rebuilt. They created large, steel buildings to protect them, and large proofed coats. They only ever left their village to trade. However, one member of the Feizi clan, Grotte Feizi, felt that the Feizi shouldn't be subject to isolation. He worked all of his life to turn the Feizi's curse into an ability, but died when he was on the verge of completion. His son, Han Feizi, finished the project, turning the once weak and frail Feizi into powerful warriors. With his and his fathers' discovery of Kinetic Chakra, the Feizi clan could now create their chakra out of the air as they moved. Many Feizi, after this, became warriors, commonly learning long-ranged tactics to flee from their enemies while attacking them.

Name of Clan: Suzume Clan
Element: Air/Wind
Description: This clan s from the village hidden in the clouds and consists of people skilled in aerial battle. The clan mainly uses their skill in battle for messengers and death from above.
History: This clan has been in the village for generation's. However, it's people are not well known as they usually bring messages to and from vilages and very few of their ninja have made a name for themselves. Many members know how to summon bird-like creatures as well.
Open to all?: Only to members of the village hidden in the clouds with the last name Suzume.

Name of Jutsu: Gale Armor
Element: Wind
Rank: B
Description: Generates Veil of rapid winds around user. Any projectiles is shredded into pieces. However, the user cannot use their own weapons as they would be shredded as well. Mainly used for hand-to-hand combat and defense.
History: This jutsu has been passed through the Suzume clan for protection against raiders and thieves when traveling and delievering messages.
Open to all?: Only to Suzume clan members

Name of Jutsu: Tornado turrent
Element: Wind
Rank: C
Description: Allows the user to shoot gusts of wind from their palm or fingers at the opponent. The bigger the hand/ finger and the more thrust put in before firing the wind affects how far and strong the attack is.
History: This jutsu was made by the Suzume clan to distract and buy time for them to continue moving, and avoid other ninja.
Open to all?: Only the Suzume Clan

Name of Jutsu: Kaze Suzume
Element: Wind
Rank: C
Description: Trademark jutsu of the Suzume clan. Allows user to fire homing sparrows made of wind at the enemy. On contact the bird freezes onto the enemy. Can only fire 5 at one time.
History: This jutsu is a trademark jutsu of the Suzume clan. Every ninja in the Suzume clan know this jutsu as it is taught to all in their clan by the age of 5.
Open to all?: Only to Suzume clan members

Name of Jutsu: Kaze Fenikkusu
Element: Wind
Rank: S
Description: Launches a huge pure white phoenix made out of the air at the enemy. Anything that touches the phoenix is almost instantly deteteriorated by the massive amount of raging winds that make the phoenix. However, it takes a lot of time and energy to use in battle and can only be used once in combat before needing to recharge one's chakra.
History: This jutsu was recently made by Hikaku Suzume. Who made this jutsu soon after merging with the Kazekuma. Mainly made off the constant nagging of Kazekuma, the shape was inspired by Kazekuma and helped create the jutsu with Hikaku.
Open to all?: Only by Hikaku Suzume. As the phoenix shape and chakra needed is partially gathered by Kazekuma's chakra and cannot be copied.

Name of Jutsu: Shikigami Dance
Element: N/A
Rank: D
Description: Vector, the shikigami, splits off into multiple pieces of paper to distract the enemy and cannot be destroyed for a small amount of time then reforms into original body next to Hikaku.
History: This jutsu was a way for Vector to protect Hikaku from danger by distracting the enemy and is mainly used for moving from place to place.
Open to all?: Only to Shikigami

Name of Jutsu: Mind Copy Jutsu
Element: N/A
Rank: B
Description: By keeping the target in the caster's line of sight for a short amount of time the user can copy the thought of the target and know everything he/she knows.
History: This jutsu was made by Hikaku's mom for spy missions and later passed down to Vector. However, Vector is slower at perfoming this jutsu as he is new to it. Vector mainly uses this jutsu to check what people are thinking of Hikaku and whether or not they are a threat to him.
Open to all?: Only for Vector

Name of Jutsu: Morphing
Element: N/A
Rank: C
Description: Allows user to morph into the target for short amount of time. However, if the caster cannot use jutsu or the jutsu will be reversed.
History: Created by Hikaku's mom for spy missions and later taught to Vector. Vector uses this justu when trying to help Hikaku get out of trouble. However, it usually ends up making more trouble in the end.
Open to all?: Yes

Name of Jutsu: Wind Cycle
Element: Wind
Rank: B
Description: User creates multiple rings made out of air and shoots them at the enemy. This jutsu is strong enough to cut through rock. Can fire 6 at one time.
History: Made by Hikaku's mom and also passed on to Vector to protect him. Thus, this is Vector's trademark jutsu.
Open to all?: To those who have been taught the jutsu by Vector.

Few things about these, the walking on air is a bit overpowered, because then you could just avoid all combat, also, if you ant to do this messenger thing with these clan members you are also going to have to clear it with the Kazekage, ChibbyKairi, to have that be a means of communication from the wind village

Well, the Village Hidden in Hell doesn't have to exist in the roleplay. All the members skilled in combat simply left the village, because there's nothing there for them.

Name of Jutsu: Kinetic Chakra Control
Element: N/A
Description: This is used to control the vast amounts of Kinetic Chakra the Feizi can obtain, allowing them to pump their hairs full of chakra, making spikes, or fill their muscles with it, making them stronger and more durable. Thanks to Kinetic Chakra's need for movement, however, any of these power-ups are quickly depleted if the user is still.
History: Grotte and Han Feizi developed this as the first technique the cursed Feizi could use.
Open to all?: Open to all, but difficult to use if you aren't a descendant of the Feizi clan, or have naturally large chakra reserves.

Name of Jutsu: Feizi Clan special technique: Dirt beast transformation jutsu stage 1
Description: This jutsu is a powerful transformation jutsu, allowing the user to change completely into their "Dirt Beast".
History: Dirt Beasts are nothing new to the Feizi clan; The Dirt Beasts are believed to reside in Hell as common residents, and to each Dirt Beast, there is a Human. Each member of the Feizi clan comes across their Dirt Beast in a dream around age ten. The Feizi believe they can contact their Dirt Beast, and very often hold ceremonies honoring them. The Dirt Beasts have no definite appearance. They are extremely various, and can personify anything imaginable. With the discovery of Kinetic Chakra, the Feizi can transform into the Dirt Beasts for a minute at a time, but are very unable to fight after it wears off.
Open to all?: Open to all (Considering it's just a Transformation Jutsu)

Name of Jutsu: Kinetic Chakra Control: Chakra disposition
Description: The user blasts out a ridiculous amount of chakra from the open holes in their circulatory system.
History: One of the techniques developed by Han Feizi and Grotte Feizi.
Open to all?: Restricted to the Feizi curse.

Alright, I took out the walking on air and i sent a pm to ChibbyKairi, so i hope she will let this past.... but would the jutsus be approved otherwise?

As long as Chibby Kairi says it's cool to be a messenger for her village, then yeah everything else passes, (btw you could ask other villages for the messenger thing too, if they want one) but yes APPROVED
