I have green eyes also but they are darker but not hazel. and change shades depending on what I wear.
Yours are super bright! So pretty!
But back to your hair XD I really like the cut, it's what I want to do with mine when it gets a little longer. Right now I have bangs like yours but the rest of my hair is all one length >:-l
Like I said the picture was edited xD but I found one without edit c= so Imma put that one up : D and thanks! someone told me I looked like lady gaga
Lady Gaga huh? Hmm....
you both have the same face shape which make you look kind of a like. but I'd have to see you both in "real life" in order to tell for sure..

Oh but I did want to ask you something (if you don't have an answer its fine XD )
Do you have any tricks/tips on how to do your eyeliner like that on your upper lid? Your used liquid-liner right?
I can never do it right...

I can never do it right...
okay well it depends on which kinds you use and what you look better with. I use two kinds, a brush type one and a sponge type one. I suggest the sponge at the beginning so you can have more control, the only problem is its hard to get off your eyelashes xD So when you are comforatable with that use the brush c= but when you use the brush don't hold it up at the lid until you feel you have control. I usually hold it near the bottom so there is more control c= then move on from there
And don't go all the way to the corner near your tear duct because it can get in your eye and ruin it...
So yeah
