This is where I shall be recruiting new moderators to the guild.
A guild moderator will have the following duties:
1. Assuring that your designated subforum is kept free of offensive material, that is including, but not limited to:
Porn, nudity, cybering, cussing, verbal abuse, etc.
2. Assuring that, along with myself, that other members remain active in the guild. I will be implementing a "three-strike" policy. This entails the following:
If you are to become inactive, for any reason, you are to notify a moderator. If you do not notify a moderator, and you are inactive for two weeks without notice, you will be given a strike.
If you post offensive material of any kind, you will be given a strike.
Note that if you receive three strikes, you are kicked from the guild. After a certain period of time, you may re-join if you accept your errors, but after two kicks, it's a permanent ban. Bear that in mind.
3. Helping to organize fun contests, role plays, events and ultimately the creation of a separate site devoted to the more serious members of this guild.
4. If you are assigned to the "Role Play" subforum, you will be in charge of forms which are required to partake in said role plays. If the task becomes to heavy, please don't be afraid to send some of the forms on to me, I will help as best I can.
And to members, in the possible event of that moderator being inactive for a certain period of time, you may send the applications on to me.
5. Your job will sometimes require you to notify other members of activities, events and contests that may take place in the guild.
Members must bear in mind that I will be sending out announcements of new role plays that appear in the Role Play subforum. This will include a description of the role play, and a link to the thread that it is in.
So, without further ado, here's the form to apply for the position of moderator. Once again, bear in mind that at this point in time, I am only recruiting THREE moderators to the guild. Of course, as the guild expands and more subforums are created, more moderators shall be recruited.
