Anyone happen to be a programmer here? Or getting schooling to be one? Or going into/is in the computer science field at all?

I'd just like to know what people think of it and maybe some tips and tricks you've learned over the years. I'm just starting into it - learning Java and how to run programs, all the language and stuff. Simply curious I am :]
