The outsider (Modern / Forest)

"It's just hand-to-hand. No weapons or gifts. Of course when you said 'gift' I thought you meant the wager. Like the winner gets something."  

[Duchess Marie]

"You want a prize if you beat me?" She pulled her hair back from her face to keep it out of the way, "well, you have to win first, right? You can pick your prize if you win," she teased.

"I pick the prize? I like that." he cracks his knuckles and gets into fighting stance.  

[Duchess Marie]

Kaelyn attacked first, she was not much of a strategist. She grabbed for Uzi's arm with the idea of pinning him.

Uzi was able to slip away and started attacking her. He had a lifetime more experience at this. He did make sure not to hurt her too badly. He didn't wanna mess up her pretty looks and give her parents a reason to hate him.  

[Duchess Marie]

Uzi was by far the stronger of the two and Kaelyn knew that he could pin her if given half a chance. She decided the best thing to do was to keep moving and be faster. However, this did not lend itself to her being able to get any good shots at him.

Uzi being playful with this. He of course did want to win since he had a good idea of what prize he wanted.  

[Duchess Marie]

Kaelyn tried to think of a way to knock Uzi off balance without hurting either one of them, but it was not really working. "You are messing with me... right? Ah, all these years of practice, too."

"I'm just better at this. I will say you've improved alot since last time. You could take out some of the other guys here."  

[Duchess Marie]

"Really? Yes! Could you point which ones so that I can fight them and feel really good about myself," she laughed.  

[Reciter5613]

"Aren't we in the middle of fighting right now? Or did you give up already?"  

[Duchess Marie]

Kaelyn quickly made a lunge for Uzi, maybe his guard was down now.

Uzi was off guard and was nearly knocked off balance but then he recovered and knocked her off balance.  

[Duchess Marie]

Kaelyn tried but was not able to retake her stance and fell onto ground.

Uzi then pinned her. "I have to admit that was a good move catching me off guard. It was first time you got a hit in on me. Nice job but I still win."
