agreed. The cheese is wonderful, although i just found out that a cheese factory in Wisconsin is manufacturing the holes in its Swiss cheese instead of letting it be holey on its own. Isn't that terrible?!

Indeed! In equal disgust the vineyards down in temecula are using artificial stompers rather than using feet! This ruins the flavors of the wines!
