Hii~!

Welcome to the guild~!

My name is Krista. I've only been seriously studying Japanese for a year.

If you would like to practice sometime, you're welcome to contact me. All my contact methods are on my profile (all my messengers or what-have-yous)

You're free to add me to anything, just let me know where I met you. I tend to be really spacey about meeting people and then I decline requests because no one tells me who they are xDD

Heey. Welcome. Watching anime hardcore is a good way to learn about Japan. ;o

Actually many anime's don't portray actual behaviors of japan. While it does on certain levels express the culture and customs etc. anime isn't really the best way to learn about it.

Many people also advise against learning Japanese from anime. Anime consists of too much slang and a lot of words that aren't often used in the same way in real conversations.

Go take a class, don't learn from anime lol.

The other day my Japanese teacher told our class that in one of the beginner classes some students were saying stuff like "kono yarou!" and "koitsu" and we all started laughing.
