The Cold War (An Old Republic RP)

The Great Galactic War, fought between the New Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic has come to an end in the most unexpected of ways...with the signing of a peace treaty. The Treaty of Courscant has called for an ending of all conflict, and though the treaty heavily favors the Sith, it seems the Republic has managed to avoid total annihilation for the time being. With peace now at hand many are eager to settle down and enjoy it on both sides, however warhawks on both sides have already begun to fan the flames of war. On a planet on the settled border, an experiment is being tried. Cohabitation. Sith and Republicans, including Jedi are all living on the planet of Tannas, seeing if peace is truly obtainable. Will the members of this community be able to live together in peace, or will they be the spark that causes the galaxy to ignite back into the flame of war.

Background: Michael lived a relatively normal as the son of middle-class banker on world of Onderon. That all changed however when the Sith attacked. He fought along side his dad to defend his house, however his father was slain. Just as a Sith Lord was about to strike him down, he was discovered to be a Potential Force User. The Sith Lord quickly took him under his wing, erasing his memories of his former life, but he could not get rid of his personality of being kind-hearted and generous. Nevertheless he ruthlessly fought his way through the Sith Academy on Korriban due to his skill with the lightsaber. When volunteers were called for for the Tannas experiment, he quickly hopped on board.

Background:

He trained in the academy on Korriban for several years after his family's death, he vowed he would destroy every jedi, but soon decided that it was not possible for one person.

He has served the Sith for over six years but over that time, he has realized that the Sith have veered from their old ways and plans to restore those old ways, by any means necessary.

By constant reading he has discovered of the title Darth, it was used by one person declaring that he was the strongest. He uses this title in hopes that he will be challenged and can openly kill another Sith.

Malfrost was walking through the halls of the new Sith Academy on Tannas,"Nice place we have here..."

Drakaas sat in the library reading scrolls and parchments that weren't on Korriban.

"Ah Drakaas, you made it here as well?" Malfrost walked up to the man he recognized from the Korriban Academy.

Drakaas had never spoken to Malfrost and didn't even bother to look up as he replied. "What do you want?"

"I never expected such a powerful Lord to sign up for an assignment as peaceful as this one...."

He stayed quiet not going to release any info on his plans.
