- Mission Board
-_-_-This area lists the missions which can be completed by any shinobi, given they match certain requirements. It also lists a pair of catalogs that are to be used whenever you complete a mission or training session. If you do not, your advancement credit, ryo, training points, and chakra & stamina bonuses will not be considered valid.
- Important notes:
Be sure to claim your missions in the mission thread! We suggest making one post that you add to over time, then linking to it on your profile so you don't have to go digging for it.
Mission rewards are not granted to shinobi who are two body ranks lower than a mission's rank unless there is demonstrable evidence that they've contributed in a major way.
Shinobi can typically assign missions their title rank or lower. Talk to your Village leader (if any) to work out the limitations on this for your character.
You should also remember that while most missions require you to post alone, or in a squad, you are allowed to ask someone else to roleplay as any NPCs you encounter.
Worker class receives full advancement credit from all [ Job ] missions unless otherwise stated. Non-Workers receive none. [ Job ] Missions can also be given out by the Village Leader for advancement credit, for any class.
- Training Points
-_-_-Training Points [TP] are gained as a secondary resource from missions and are added to both an individual shinobi's tally and to a cumulated village total. A shinobi may spend their earned TP to learn jutsu or even complete training missions, allowing them to learn and get stronger just by working.
-_-_-For every [ 30 ] missions completed by a village's shinobi, that village earns a unique custom jutsu called a [ Hiden Jutsu ], to be made, and approved, by that village's leader and the crew. By default, only shinobi of that village can learn that village's Hiden Jutsu, but a Kage can elect to make them available to outsiders either for free or at some cost. No character can have more than three Hiden Jutsu at any time. For example, a Konoha shinobi may learn up to three Hiden Jutsu that are listed in their village's Hiden Jutsu list, but they cannot learn any in another village's. These techniques can only be learned by expending TP.
- tab Non-Village Organizations: Shinobi can also gain access to Hiden Jutsu by creating or joining an organization with at least 4 characters in it. In the latter case, that organization functions like a Village for the rules above, with its leader as the Kage. If you are a member of multiple organizations, your missions completed and your membership only count toward one of them.
- TP Conversion Rate: 3 TP to 1 training post.

Hiden Jutsu can only be learned through spending TP, and can only be learned by or from members of the appropriate Village or organization.
Training posts gained this way do not stack with a character's post reductions, but do stack with coupons.
Training Points cannot be spent during combat and do not circumvent the need to have access to a technique to learn it.
