Fog eyed the lost paw, and sighed. "That is rather inconvenient. Hold Still, and i will give you a good fix for it." Fog said, stepping out of the circle he had been standing in, Leaving Tigris there. walking to the altar, he placed the book on it, and faced Tigris, focusing his mind. Drawing the magic of the temple out, the entire circle began to glow, starting on the outside, moving in, to the circle, to Tigris. focusing, shaping the magic, speaking the magic under his breath, Fog began to shape a stone foot for Tigris that would work like her old one of flesh, as flexible as it had been, and if she didnt move, it would mold itself onto her leg, and replace her paw. she wouldnt be able to feel with it, but it would move like a real one.

Fog finished the spell, enchanting it further so that should she change in any way, for whatever reason, it would change with her to fit the changes. finishing the spells, Fog stepped towards her. "Now then, beast. i have a task for you, and you had best do this one satisfactorily, or it will be rather unpleasent for you should you dare return." Fog said. "There is a city, on the coast, where death is the only thing that remains of those who inhabited it. their corpses will still be fairly fresh. there, you will find a scent like no other. it is the scent of decay, and of time sealed away. under this, however, there should be the scent of the living. go to the palace of this city, and find the quarters of the prince of this dead city. track him down, and bring him to me. I need his blood." Fog told Tigris, walking to the room with the reflecting pool, his shadow cloak billowing behind him, the shadows flowing from its hem easily, dispersing like mist. reaching the pool, he used it to open a link to the city of the dead. "Go through this pool. you shall drop outside the palace, but watch your landing."
(The Scent trail will lead from Reben Knola to St. Ghoulds, to Expansia plains, where my character, Allen is. he is the boy. be warned though, im gonna try and use his power on tigris, so you might check it out.)

Fog turned, walking back into the main room, and walked to the great gateway that made up the wall furthest from the entereance. the entire wall adorned with symbols and pictures and patterns, it was immensly impressive, and had the feel of importance. as Fog approached it though, the patterns lit up, shooting out form the center, but stopping short. it seemed to be waiting for something specific to unlock, and Fog seemed to know full well what was behind it. shaking it off, Fog turned, walking back to the altar, and began to flip through the book, searching for something specific. he would need the remaining page to complete the ritual, as it required the whole book if he didnt have all the pieces of the ritual, and sadly, one particularly rare piece of the ritual was no longer existant, to Fog's knowledge. beginning the spell, the entire circle in the center of the floor lit up, as a barrier rose around its perimeter. symbols appeared in the floor, seeming to be beneath it somehow, and as Fog spoke, they began to become rings, then began spinning, rising, until it brought to bear four spirits, which shouldnt have been bound by Fog's magic. somehow, the book was capable of holding them, however. "Welcome to the land of the living, primals. I have a task for you..." Fog then gave them their task, and the spirits disappeaered, leaving Fog alone within the temple once more.
