A large row of mountains were its said that the weather changes so fast no one knows what to expect giving its name the storm mountains. This area of the outskirts of the village are used for training and gathering material for the village.

User Image After a couple days of training after having departed from the Chuunin Exams, Noel looked up to the dark grey skies that greeted the child back 'home' with rain. Despite the light tiredness he had from traveling on-foot only to come to a place to get rained on, Noel was remarkably happy. To him the rain that fell on him was the tears of joy from his deceased family. Why not be happy? They were probably rejoicing that he had returned to his true home, and returned with power and ranking. Furthering his goals towards the domination that he promised over their graved he'd give once he obtains more power.

Finding a tree to rather shade him from the rain as it started to go from a graceful dousing to a full out down pour, Noel placed his backpack in the driest crevice of the tree he could find and departed his little camp site to find some wood. With how rapid and unpredictable the mountains where, Noel knew from his childhood, that once it started to rain you might as well simply set-up camp and let it blow over. Why waste energy fighting nature, who obviously is going to win; no matter how powerful one may think they are. Taking that mentality to heart, Noel came back with a couple of broken sticks and branches he found within the area and placed them in a stack. Once he got a nice little thicket of branches, Noel clasped his hands together and produced a light series of hand-seals,"Doton no Jutsu." He said softly, in which the earth heard his calling and accepted his chakra which manipulated Mother Earth's crust and provided a safety barrier around the thicket so that the fire would remain controlled; and with a small Katon Ninjutsu, Noel had a warm fire to sit infront of as the child reached inside his satchel to finish up what he was reading throughout his trip. It was a sacred jutsu that had been passed down from his family for generations to generations. It was a powerful and destructive technique which was one of the reasons his family was such a threat to some of the 5 Great Nations. If Noel could revive this jutsu within' himself then his dreams of world domination would come even closer at hand. Brushing one of his overly long bangs from his his eyes, Noel utilized the roaring flames as his guiding light to unlocking the true secrets of the St.Pierre family.

User Image Once Noel read about his ancient move, the child beamed to the power and destruction it has within it's capabilities. The only back slide to it, at least for him, was finding the St.Pierre contract. For the pages he had to described the actual move was ripped out... meaning his parents or someone within his family had placed the pages in a secured place so that those that wish to learn this jutsu will have to be meeting the requirements before they are even allowed to see some of the pages. It was, at first, a little disheartening to see that he didn't have the pages in his person but he knew that if any St.Pierre documents were remaining he'd most definitely have it in his person at home.

Carefully putting up his book that held the last remains of his history, the child decided to embark a little on some training. Though it may be raining heavily and cold that shouldn't stop a Shinobi, who wants to rule the nations, from training. Picking up another book, this time one of the stolen books his parents had swiped for him, the child cracked open the book and looked to see what type of jutsu book it was. As he started to see some of the techniques, Noel noticed it was a Genjutsu book. He wasn't well versed in the attack of the mind but it seemed like he would benefit well from learning some; just like when he learned some Taijutsu to test it's waters a little. After finding a useful technique that might indeed work well to his advantage for such Shinobi's, Noel started to lock onto that technique and see if he can't fit it into his own arsenal.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Seeing that this was a Genjutsu, Noel was stepping out of his waters of play but that didn't mean it was too far from it. It still required chakra control and that was something Noel could do easily. Clasping his hands together and focusing, his first step was to feel for the right amount of chakra to issue this technique. Since it seemed to easy, Noel didn't believe he needed to exert too much chakra out when it comes to deploying this technique out. When he felt that he was hitting the right amount of energy to exert, Noel looked back down at the book to see the hand-seals. Which, was only one out of the three things he needed to do to set this jutsu off successfully.
Kurenai's Flower Petal Escape 1/4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After getting a pretty good scope of things, Noel started to work on manipulating the technique. Genjutsu can be cast in so many different ways that it was impossible to say which way is better than the other. But with this technique, it seemed like it required the use of hand-seals; probably the way the hands will be utilized will give a hypnotizing affect. Which with his quite little hands Noel was quite sure that indeed could happen. After learning said hand-seals, Noel started to weave through them slowly himself... seeing if he could get into a flow of utilizing those seals.
2/4
~~~~~~~~~~~
Noel smiled a little as he was getting the hand of the hand-seals. Being one to utilize them so much it didn't take him too long to get out of his clumsy weaving and produce correct hand rhythm. Stretching a little, Noel started to think of how he could trap an opponent into it. If he he utilized some Ninjutsu in numerous points during the fight, Noel believed that he could possibly trick an opponent into thinking he was going to use another Ninjutsu but instead simply perform a Genjutsu. This would have to absolutely work as the child noticed that this Genjutsu was more Defensive based. Something he he somewhat needed in his arsenal of offense with Ninjutsu, while his Genjutsu leaned more on the defensive spectrum.
3/4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Clasping his hands together as he got the plan, Noel weaved through the hand-seals and concentrated his chakra which flared at the correct initiation. It was perfect!! Noel dropped that technique into his pocket of needed jutsu's and placed the Genjutsu back into his backpack. He's pumped up his Genjutsu quite a bit, and it was now time to return back to his roots.

User Image Just as Noel was about to start the next half of his training the child looked up when the rain instantly stopped. Like out of nowhere, it seemed like the cloud simply disappeared but it didn't surprise the child too much. He was once a native to this portion of the Lighting Country so it's odd and confusing weather was pretty normal for him. But what did catch him off guard was the fierce winter wind that blew suddenly across the land. Stinging the child to his very bone from the cold weather as it felt like a knife was splitting up his body.

Putting on another jacket to attempt to break the wind's harsh winds, Noel quickly put up his satchel back upon his back and decided to head to a village he hadn't been in quite a while. Kumogakure. It was a place he knew would bring back good yet sad memories of his past. But despite the disheartening portions of the past Noel knew he needed to get out of this wind or else he'd catch a rather nasty cold. And winter's within the Lighting Country were always harsh but at least in Kumo you have an actual heated building to stay in. After ensuring everything was packed up and stomping out the rest of the little fire he head, Noel departed from his little campsite and headed towards Kumo gates. Thinking he needed to get some new equipment anyways, seeing as he only had so much during the Chuunin Exams... which, in all honestly wasn't that much to begin with.

Riru arrived at the mountains, slithering up to the top of them. It was time to learn some of the techniques that would kill the Kages of the lands. In fact, Riru was creating them.

Riru began to look around, smiling as it took it's crimson cloak off. There it was, the true being. It looked like a woman, but sounded like a manly snake. It's hair was short and brown, and looked almost as if it had armor on it's skin. The thing began to think, and then pulled out a large scroll. Biting it's thumb, it dragged it along the soft paper, smiling a devious smile as smoke shot out. Then, the thing grabbed on to a note book and began to read.
[1/4]

An old man would creep along the side of the mountain, staring at the snake. However, sneaking up on a snake-being wouldn't work out too well. The snake then seemed to open up it's scales, and paper would begin to flow out of it's insides. The paper floated through the air, until it would begin to swarm the entire area. Following this, it shot outwards and fluttered around the man, cutting him slightly.
[2/4]

The thing slithered over to the floating papers, and began to smile, it's pearly white teeth glimmering in the light. "Ssooo, you like to watch over people?" The thing said loudly, so that amongst the fluttering papers, the old man could hear what he did wrong. "I sssupposse I could ussse a ssubject..." It said, the paper now getting in closer and beginning to wrap around the old man.
[3/4]

The girl watched as the paper moved in closely, and would begin to constrict the man. It was possible for him to breathe, though the girl-snake-being-thing was simply smiling still as it moved up, placing it's long nail on the man's forehead. The man couldn't move inside, barely could he jiggle about. "Don't even try. I'm sssapping your chakra asss you live." It said. It was taking small amounts of chakra, but it was certainly doing it.
[4/4]

It then looked the man up and down, and the two would split apart. Now, Doku stood there and the snake would stand there, the snake simply sniffing the man. "He'sss no good. Should I eat him?" The snake asked Doku as she stood there. "No, save him. I want him to watch, and then test out my other technique on him." She said as she went over to her note book and began to read over it.
[1/2]

Then, she would lift up her arms, her robe's overly large arms hung so low. From them, masses of paper would fly out, circling the air once more. She loved her paper, and her origami was almost near perfection. In the area, she had the paper covered in chakra, and smiled as the paper folded itself up, and turned in to a mass of cranes that floated about. She then looked at the man, and smiled. "Isn't this just wonderful?" She asked him as the cranes would begin to change colors every ten seconds, a glow being put in to the mist that was above the mountains.
[2/2]

Now that there was a mist and clouds blocking their view, but some colorful light to be had, the girl was ready to finish her last technique. She could do with one more technique, but she would rather not use that on Kumogakure, no they Kirigakure's partners in war, and she couldn't get caught in the future. This plan, it needed to go through successfully. If it didn't, she would certainly be destroyed by the entire Shinobi roster of Cloud and Mist.
[1/4]

This was an Op that she herself put together. Hopefully someone of a higher rank, of some importance would come and fight her. She needed a good practice before the war, and it was most certain that with this, she could effectively start the war on Leaf, with no ties being brought back to her. She looked over the note book one last time, and nodded herself in approval to the notes that brought together the technique.
[2/4]

"It's time, snake boy." Doku said, walking over to him. She seemed to turn in to paper, and he would slide inside of her. Then, pieces of armor would shoot out and cover the paper as it shot within. This was their transformation process in to the one known as Riru. The thing then looked up at the old man, and shook it's head. It walked over, and put the crimson cloak on, then walked up to the man, hissing.
[3/4]

The note book had been placed in the scroll once more, and the demonic being held it's hand out, opened palms. "Sssorry, you should have kept to your own busssinessss!" The demon exclaimed as it closed it's palms. From the shadows of the hood, icy blue and yellow eyes would stare down the old man as the paper would constrict to the point where the pressure dissolved the bones in the man. Blood began to pour down the pathway that Riru walked down.

The trail for the snake sage ended at the foot of the mountain in a path of blood and bone chips. Sadly this was the end of her trail, but while she was here she might as well train too. The Raikage was likely out and she had some time on her side before she should report in.

"Time to practice a little bit," she had already been working on a few techniques, customs of her own design. For one she needed water though and for that she would easily suffice with the first. Forming one single sign she exerted a dark chakra from her body to release a special mist, a purple mist.
1/2

As the mist spread through out the area in a large amount her mist eyes activated to allow vision in her mist. Any animals in the area fell ill to the poison, convulsions, vomiting, slowing heart rate, then death. "Doku Kiri complete."
2/2

For the next jutsu she created a small ice prison to capture a rat,"This will do for now. Watch me boy." She pulled out a single kunai and for training purposes visually gathered chakra around it as she spun it in front of the rat. Being trapped its full attention was on its captor and her mysterious ways.
1/3

As the technique passed the rats eyes spun around watching intently as the rat suddenly stopped watching and began to go still its tail twitching as the tunnel vision seeped in. The perplexed rat was stunned and did nothing, trapped in the genjutsu and completely blind.
2/3

The rats tail suddenly went stiff after a moment longer and the rat itself did not make any movement. Its breathing slowed to almost nothing as it fell into a comatose state. "Genwaku Jitsugen [Blinding Realization] complete." Fuyu stated gently as she released the jutsu on the rat and sent it on its way,"Now more Hyouton, I think I can master this one technique now that Im Chuunin."

Fuyu sat down as she compiled the previous mist jutsu into a more concentrated form of water and drew upon water from the air. Clearly though this was not yet enough for the technique, it required lots of ice. Fuyu slapped her hands together and began to gather chakra using that chakra to make water. She twirled her hands above her head as the water pooled together in a slow easy vortex above her head a pond sized water source. After compiling the source of water she separated it into rings if water much like Saturn or Neptune and spun them around her body in an orbiting fashion. As the water traveled around her body she worked her hands as she manipulated the water and froze it turning it into ice. Soon she had nice rings of ice surrounding her as if she were a beautiful nitrogen gas giant commanding her orbiting icy rings at will. She then manipulated the ice into large fierce snarling white ice wolves. The wolves bared their fangs and charged on her command as she moved her hand to their target. The three ice wolves closed fast on their target bashing it and slamming into it to create a giant icy explosion and snap freeze the area of impact. "Hyouton: Rouga Nadare no Jutsu [ Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique ]!" After performing the technique Fuyu sat a moment and rested herself before getting up to return to the village the way she came.

Fuyu arrived at the bottom of the mountain with Kinpakus clone, they shortly climbed to the top of the mountain. Fuyu warmed herself up by using a chakra dash to get to the top quickly. Once at the top the two sat and Fuyu discussed her parameters for the jutsu. "I think that I should focus more on the compression of Rasengan. Initially Rasengan is built on rotation and compression, but when adding the water element rotation becomes obsolete and only necessary to further contain the compression. By compressing the water I can use the density to my advantage to release a devastating water attack, maybe even a tidal wave! Thats my hope at least, maximize the compression and increase the rotation to balance it; a perfect Rasengan." Little did Fuyu know that the density would do more damage than the initial tidal wave if she could master it. "So where should we start, Kinpaku-sama?"

Arrival onto the mountain was rather troublesome. Being a clone meant slipping would yield nothing of her existence. The clone however, followed without wonder, watching the girl wonder about the rasengan. She mulled over possibilities at this point in time, and she shook her head simply.
"Rasengan is solely shaping. Don't think about it so much. We're going to work over elemental imbuing," the clone began, as she poured sake, it formed about her hand with relative ease. "This is one of my kin's techniques. It utilizes very loose shaping, and more focus on elemental alternation." The rose colored chakra seemed to only tint the sake, as it quickly turned a deep blue.

"Focus more on keeping your chakra free flowing right now. Unbound, I guess you could say, trying to work in the sea."

            "A mask for every situation..."

"And a performance for every soul."

PostPosted: Tue Mar 29, 2011 5:07 pm
"Work in the sea..." Fuyu reveled on the last statement as she closed her eyes and allowed her chakra to exert itself of its own will. Around her water from the atmosphere was pulled like a magnet, soon she had an abundance of water easily at her disposal. Her chakra flowing freely made a kind of small flowing whirlpool, yet it held no tide and was perfectly stable rippling outwards and inwards with each occasional movement. "So keeping my chakra free like water... If the Rasengan is solely shaping, then how do I form a free shape? How do we incorporate this intricate balance into the methodical recreation of the Rasengan?"

"That, Fuyu, is where the problem lies. I guess the most reasonable idea would be..." Kinpaku began, as she thought it over. There was plenty to worry about, but at this point, they had to get something resembling the rasengan imbibed with water. "What sounds reasonable.. Would be to form up the rasengan, and let it loose a bit. Worry about only keeping it in motion right now."
PostPosted: Wed Mar 30, 2011 12:13 pm
"So... start making the Rasengan from scratch using Suiton? Step one Rotation, with water. Simply a vortex." She nodded at this and began exerting her chakra this time with water. It formed into a weak miniature whirlpool type of amalgamation in the palm of her hand. the thing looked weak and ugly, she disliked it. "So then we put in the shape?"

Kinpaku watched as she formed up the whirly water in her hand. Fuyu was clearly none too fond of the situation, making her chuckle a bit. "Jumping steps again. You're quite a hasty person," the Raikage chuckled, "Compact it to begin with. You want it to be a regular size, akin to the rasengan, right? Forget shape. Just push it together. Pick a focal point and push." It made sense. Clearly though, it could easily explode in either of their faces in this method. It had to be done in one way or another.
