Ooeda tilted his head back slightly as Nekita's movement and voice came into range, the normal dull-happy on his face. The seed he had earlier been toying with was now a well sized, red bearing plant. Pulling his attention back to his work, he started plucking the ripe vegetables from each little tendril of green. With four in his arms, Ooeda looked back to Nekita and asked a rather simple question:
"Can you take a look at these, please?"
He lifted his arms up a bit, as he was still sitting cross legged on the ground, and awaited for a quick inspection. Not entirely sure of the soil in Fire Country, Ooeda was simply being careful. Any inconsistency or taint might cause serious complications in a product that went from preexistence to adulthood in little under three hours.

Giving a light chuckle, Ooeda took another into his eight, motioning circles around it with his free hand.
"I meant... could you clean them, please? Heh... and no, I haven't tried them yet."
A light mist vapored from his palm, and within a few moments the tomato was dripping wet, giving off a sharp red gleam. He examined it further with a few lifts and angled inspections, but nothing out of the ordinary seemed to spark his interest.

A huge caravan rumbled along the main road, heading for the Leaf Village. In front of it calmly rode a man sitting on a ball of wind. He whirled along, eyes alert for any sign of motion, and keeping an eye out via his special lenses. Noticing a faint signal, he shuddered and picked up the pace, urging the caravan forward and rushing along the way. They were peaceful travelers, but a Trade Caravan was always a ripe target...

Ooeda brought out his hands to stack each tomato as Nekita finished. Before much time had passed, a balanced pyramid of fresh red vegetables had been accumulated, and the noise from a venturing caravan had come and gone. The vines from the plant were brisked with stray water, dripping from their bareness. Reaching into his chest pocket, Ooeda took a small scalpel and began splicing the meager snack that the two would soon enjoy.
"Tell me..." He started as he so often did, "What salts do you have on you?"

Giving a dull smile, Ooeda aimed his hand to the plant which the tomatoes originated from, pulsing chakra through it. In an instant its vines became vigilant and sharp, as if ready to skewer anything and anyone that came within range. Cradling the now diced reds in one arm, Ooeda slowly pierced each half on one of many vines. A small puncture and squirt noise prodding forth each time.
With empty arms, he looked to Nekita and nodded;
"It shouldn't be that bad. Please go ahead and salt them."
He spoke as he lunged his hand through the semi-twisted vines till he grasped the base roots. And, with another surge of chakra, made the plant wrap around his arm. Standing up, the tomato-ka-bob was now latched onto Ooeda, as if his forearm had become the soil for its base. Lofting his hand carefully forward, he awaited Nekita's seasoning.

Peeling the red skin with minor effort from his front teeth, Ooeda gave a light questioning hum and look back, before nudging forward.
"Why... we're going to Konohagakure, of course."
He chuckled a bit to himself before taking an actual bite from his tomato halve.

Noctis walked threw the roads alone it was really quiet. He wasn't moving to fast as he walked down the road. making sure to keep on eye on everything around him.

Noctis was basically sprinting down the road. He didn't know why he felt so excited, the feeling of doing a mission of outside of the village. it gives a sort of freedom and excitement that you just can't get from pulling weeds walking pets, and taking risque photos of- well maybe that one was okay. But he just wanted to get back to the village to turn in the mission.
