The voices in my head say...
Does anyone know how to pronounce "extreme" in Japanese? And My translator tells me "Extreme" in japanese is エクストリーム but it's also telling me its 極端な Is one in Katakana or something?!?! Also, is there a way to write "extreme" in English in the way its pronounced in Japanese?

Same 3 Questions also for the words "of", "Too", "Epic" and "edge"

I know this is random but I'm looking to use "Edge of Extreme" or "Epic To Extreme" as a name for something, but I'm trying to use it as the english writing way of pronouncing it in japanese, not kanji or anything like that but in English.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about and can help that would be awesome. thnkx. mrgreen

P.S. plz quote me so I know when someone responds to this thnkx.
...and I do kinda agree with them.

Extreme in Japanese is
きわめる
極 (means Pole, climax, extreme, height...ect.)
noun
kiwameru
But It can also be used as
Kyoku Which is one of the On readings

極端 Is also right.
That way it's pronounced Kyoukutan Which is a na-adj and a noun.

I double checked on different sources and it says that きわめるmeans "investigate Thoroughly" D:

きわめる Means to carry to extremes, to go to the end of something, master, investigate thoroughly...

極端(きょくたん)=kyokutan is a noun. If you want it as an adjective use tanna instead.

How about kyokutan?
Kanji:極端 Hiragana:きょくたん

I'm not completely sure I these mean extreme... BUT, I tried. biggrin
