You should avoid soda, hot baths, alcohol, cigarettes, and illegal drugs. Your partner would have to ask the doctor whether any over the counter medication that she takes is safe to use during pregnancy or while trying to get pregnant.
But didn't you say in another thread that your partner hasn't had a period in three years and never went to a doctor to find out why? If that is the case, then eating right and avoiding all the bad stuff probably won't make a difference. Some fertility issues are much larger than that. And if she hasn't had a period in three years, her issue would probably fall into that category. She needs to go to the doctor and find out what the problem is.
Until then you should absolutely not be trying to get her pregnant. Women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant need to see an ob-gyn. She could have a condition, issue, or disease that she could pass to the baby, or that would make it dangerous for her to get pregnant, or that would make her more likely to go into labor too soon, etc. Don't forget, if you two don't care about your future baby's health, you're not ready to be parents.
