Manowar are one of my alltime favorate bands. I first heard the song "Slepnir" (SP?) on youtube and baught the Gods of War album. It was freeking AMAZING! While I now am more fammiliar with Manowars less symphonic earlyer work, I still adore the album for the amazing vocals, powerfull guitars and backing symphony to really feel like I'm part of a fantasy epic. I've been in love with this band ever since, and I am determined to buy all the studio albums!
