I think I just pharyngeal-trill'd. :O!!! I'm so putting it into my conlang. 8D
If you want to analyse for yourself, I'll try and record a sample and send it over.

Well, it might be a radical trill. The place on my tongue feels rather radical.
Basically I form a pharyngeal fricative, and then pull the base of my tongue even further back/down to an almost uncomfortable extent, and move it around until it forms a deep, gutteral trill sound.

I think I can also do a pharyngeal ejective fricative... But somehow it's more than that, cos a simple pharyngeal ejective fricative is only a very quiet sound, whereas this is loud and gross sounding.
But I'm sure these sound very improbable, so I'll definitely attempt to record some samples. And videos of my neck when I do the pharyngeal ejective fricative.

Wow, I can't make those sounds sad I just let out some random breathing sound. I'm absolutely terrible at radical consonants.
I think it would be good to add in some of these sounds into your conlang. 3nodding I'm sure I'm going to have trouble speaking your language when you're done sweatdrop
Haha, while I may have no actual idea what such sounds sound like, I like to pretend I can make them and make silly growling sounds down there in my throat. Woot!
