This an interesting idea I wanted to try out and it seems perfect for random bumpers and it takes up a bit of time so it's win win.
To post in this topic just find a topic 2 or more months without a recent post and call Angel bump and give a reason why the people should come back and "Bring the topic back to life" or Reaper bump and call the Topic Author to bring an end to the topic and give it closure.
If a angel bump isn't answered in 2 weeks it is then up to be reclaimed into Reaper status, fun little game I decided to try out.
(The dice are just something to symbolize chance)
