Recruiting Competition

Face it, the guild is slightly dead. To bring it back, I'm motivating you people.
Each and everyone one of you will be asked to recruit at least 10 people.
The person with the most gets an award in March.
However, if the highest this person has recruited is lower then 10, he gets jack.
