Probably the Chargers. But don't sleep on the Cowboys or Packers, who are also hot.

I'll break it down to both conferences:

In the AFC, no team has truly shown a hot streak like the Chargers. Momentum going into the post season is a dangerous weapon for a team to use against is opponents. The Chargers can use this to their advantage.

In the NFC, the Packers and the Cowboys tie for hottest going into the post season. Romo and the Cowboys are looking to break their bad luck streak in the playoffs-a great motivator. Rodgers and the Packers are looking to finally be counted on their own merits, not be judged against Favre's legacy in Green Bay.

That's how it always is. One game can change a team's fortune. The Cowboys have proven it this season, the Packers have proven it this season. Ironically, so have the Colts (Last undefeated to fall in the 09 season).

The way I look at it: One game can change a team's fortune, and that is why the game is played.

The Vikings or Chargers are probably, but I was looking forward to the Colts.
