this song is so sad... listen to the words and read the lyrics . its about how horrible the Christians treated the witches in the past, some parts brought tears to my eyes : (

It brought tears to my eyes, but it was a function of how ignorant the writer was and how prideful they were to co-opt other people's tragic deaths for their political agenda and persecution complex.

Let's examine these shall we?

People, who were sincere in their faith and loved the god of Abraham, the god of Yeshua (be they the same or otherwise) were slaughtered for largely political reasons- because it was easier to use Kangeroo Courts to bounce people in and out of the system then take their stuff or simply remove them from the religious community.

This is not in support of an Ancient Goddess cult. This spits upon the graves of the men who died for their faith, or the women who died for their love of Christ or Allah.

This is not Okay. This needs to stop. The people who died during the Inquisition had little to nothing to do with any pagan religion we know today. They are not "our" people. We aren't them.

Their death is tragic, but it's ******** ignorant and insulting to whore their corpses in order to make Pegans feel special. stare

Here here. On all of it, but this line in particular I agree with.
It is insulting to the dead to lie about why they were killed.
It is insulting to the dead to coopt them for a cause that has no basis in reality.
The song is offensive, not beautiful.
It is lies and it is distasteful.
