It's the one plastic tube in the pack, the pack recharges the cig, the cig has a cartridge which is the equivalent of 30 real cigs. When your cartridge is kaput, you insert a new one.

I think the cartridges are pretty reasonably priced.

Oh, wait, I lied. 5 cartridges equal 30 cigarettes. You buy cartridges in packs of 25 at least, for 25 dollars, which would be like 125 cigarettes for 25 dollars.

FYI you can refill the cartridges on your own. Even cheaper that way.
You can even make your own flavors.
