Angels of death and devils of sin
Awake from your slumber and rise with your kin
Rise from the earth and fall from the sky
Death from the angels we have heard on high
Standing in daylight hiding in plain sight
Your victims know not what awaits
No one's immune. No one is safe
Both good and evil fall on that date
Angels you've failed me; devils dishonored your creed
For humanity's destroyed itself a result of their greed
They've done what you were assigned to do
they've doomed the world and the heavens too.
But out of the ashes arises new life
A man and a woman; a husband and wife
A beginning from an end as the world goes on
A brand new chess game with the pieces respawned
Their will be good and evil; sacrifices will be great
Their destinies guided by the cruel hand of fate
The good will sacrifice much for their land
Giving their life and their love on command
We'll let things play out and watch from afar
And judge them lest their success be subpar
So for now in the heavens and earth we will delve
And pass them swift judgment on that date 2012.
