Belief-O-Matic

I'm sure some have you have taken this quiz; for those who haven't, give it a whirl and see what you get.

It's not perfect; it's questions and categories seem Christian heavy, and many non-Christians I think get lumped into "Unitarian Universalism" when there are more useful discriptors that would apply, but oh well... sweatdrop
PostPosted: Wed Nov 30, 2005 4:39 am
Here are my results:

1. Unitarian Universalism (100%)
2. Liberal Quakers (97%)
3. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (94%)
4. Theravada Buddhism (84%)
5. Secular Humanism (83%)
6. Neo-Pagan (80%)
7. Taoism (77%)
8. Mahayana Buddhism (74%)
9. New Age (66%)
10. Nontheist (59%)
11. Baha'i Faith (57%)
12. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (55%)
13. Jainism (55%)

23. Seventh Day Adventist (24%)
24. Orthodox Judaism (13%)
25. Eastern Orthodox (10%)
26. Islam (10%)
27. Roman Catholic (10%)

Well, let's see... I do go to a UU church and quaker meeting occasionally. I'm not Christian; never have been, and I think Jesus was probably some crazy guy frankly. But then, many liberal Christians I know barely believe in Jesus either. Many don't believe he was half god, that's for sure. I was raised atheist, and Buddhism, Paganism, and Taoism all interest me, though I don't fit squarely in any of those holes. I've read a little about Baha'i, and like its tolerance. The rest are too dogmatic for me. xp So not too bad... mrgreen

I got that one too. I don't like this quiz. I like the one where I got equal parts Christian, Satanist, and Buddhist much better. That was the most accurate one I've ever taken. Wish I knew where it was...
