heres another word

koikawa-ocean of love

(correct me if im wrong)

koikawa 恋川 こいかわ means river of love
koikawa 鯉川 こいかわ means river of koi (the fish)

though I have not actually heard either of the words said in japanese, so it may be a direct translation in english but people might not actually understand it if in japanese, but maybe they would. i dunno, but anyways, those are the direct translations. = ]

does ayone know how to say numbers over 100 and over 1000? thnx xD

100: Hyaku - 百
200:Nihyaku - 二百
300:Sanbyaku - 三百

All you have to do is add a number in front of hyaku and it becomes "that many" hundred.

450: yon hyaku go juu - 四百五十
672: Roppyaku nana juu ni - 六百七十二

All you do is combine the numbers!

1000: sen - 千
3000:Sanzen - 三千
6001:Rokusen ichi - 六千一
8570:Hassen Gohyaku Nanajuu - 八千五百七十

Interesting .-. But honestly people, instead of translator words|phrases here and there, wouldn't it be proper to learn the language because with this, people may just place in the Japanese character where they see fit such as, "Shut up you baka!" Of course in Japanese "baka" would not go last it would actually be the first in the sentence followed by particles etc.
And to correct some of you 4 is "shi" but changes to "yon" after 10. The same, 7 "shichi" changes to "nana" after 10. And captain foldyface, Naruto_Ninja_boy1004 would be correct mostly on his Hiragana. Kanji and Hiragana are used together when writing but they are two slightly different forms of writing. So one thing in Hiragana could be spelled differently in Kanji but still have the same meaning. If there are any of you that want to learn Japanese this is a website that I highly recommend you visit. It is correct Japanese and explains absolutely everything you need to know and if you still don't understand there's an instructor there with a curfew who will gladly assist you. http://www.freejapaneselessons.com/
