Bela Lugosi's Dead

I know regular members don't post topics to often but this is puzzling me.

On my profile I have a version of Bela Lugosi's Dead (please listen to it) and it sounds like Rozz (or someone who took Rozz's way of singing) is singing with Peter.

I know this may sound odd but it's driving me crazy. I don't know who it is. For all I know it could be Rozz or just Peter singing oddly.

I may feel stupid if it's not him but I gotta know!

I listened to it, and I'm stumped confused
What I know is there is a whole lot of different versions and you might have one of them. Here is a link with some different versions and the albums they appeared on.

Damn, I can't listen to any of the songs on your profile, but the only version that I know of with someone else singing beside Petey is the version with NIN.
