This is the most, ADORABLE, CUTE, and catchy lullaby I have ever heard.
I found it from the ending of Clannad which is an awesome anime.

Actually, the Dango song from CLANNAD isn't a lullaby. It's from a kids TV show that Nagisa and children all over Japan used to watch when they were kids. The only reference to it being a lullaby would be in the after story, where Tomoya sings it to Ushio to get her to fall asleep. But yeah, it is quite adorable.
