~Whiralon - The Whirlpool City~

~Description~
A city out at sea. It was built on top of a magical pillar that keeps it above the water's surface. The city is located in the center of a whirlpool that never stops spinning. The master water mages are able create a stream of calm water for ships to come into town. Most of the city's population is made up of residents of the seas(Mermaids, Undines, etc.) and the air(Harpies, Sirens, etc.). They live in unity and peace here, protected by the city's wall and whirlpool.

KoTari finally made it there with Makira. He had to be cautious with approaching here. He flew lower to the water and gripped the edge of the pillar. He moved his snout closer to the edge and waited for Makira to climb off first.

Makira climbed off and waited for KoTari.

KoTari made sure she was safe on the pillar before he started turning back. Unfortunately he messed up the order of what was to become human and his hands and arms changed fairly early in. Human arms could not support his weight and he slipped, "AAAAAHHHH!!!" KoTari yelled. He couldn't go back to his dragon form in time. He splashed into the swirling waters.

"KoTari! No!" Makira screamed and dove into the water. Chains shot out from the top part of the pillar and wrapped around her. She grabbed on to KoTari and the chain started to retract, pulling them up.

KoTari was in the water for a few minutes. He was too bulky to be able to swim. Thankfully he managed to return to his human shape before he blacked out. However he wasn't breathing since he had taken in too much water.

They reached the top. Makira laid KoTari on his back in front of her. A few tears formed in her eyes. "KoTari! Wake up!" She started to pound on his chest. The tears driped down her cheeks. "Wake up KoTari!"

Some water came out of his mouth but it wasn't enough to get him to start breathing again.

"KoTari! Wake up! Please!" Makira pleaded. Her eyes were overflowing with tears. She then started to perform mouth to mouth. She tried to ignore the taste of his lips and focused on getting air back into his lungs.

KoTari flinched in reply to this treatment, meaning it was helping.

Makira pulled back when he flinched. "KoTari?" She looked at him.

KoTari turned so he was lying on his side and he started coughing the water out of his lungs.

"KoTari! You're awake! Are you okay?" Makira asked in a concerned tone.

Once he was able to speak he did, "That water was freezing!" Was his first remark. Being a dragon that used mostly flames, any water was icy.
