Funny you should say that as I was about to change it.
The Dark Blueish figure is Nero, Whose backside is shown, and by the phrase "Nero Got Back", I'm referring to his a**,
Because this is a screen shot from the game, from one of the only seens you see him from behind.
Although, even if there's only a handful of scenes whenever it shows his side, or rear, it's just obvious, boy got back.
And the other lightblueish figure is just the "data" ( Kind of like spirit ) of Hojo, just some creepy old scientist, who happens to be pretty cool.
