A ninja couldnt do one on one combat with a Samurai , but with all the tricks and traps up they're sleeves they can run which usually happens ro they can kill them with a trap , which leads to running. xD

They are both bad a** , and the most Elite fighters. You cant compare an assassin to a warrior.
