Sotdusk Desert

Adele shrugged. "It doesn't matter to me," she said.

"Alright. We should try and rest for tonight before leaving," Rue suggested.

Adele nodded.
Marius stayed quiet. He was planning to free Rolf once Adele and Rue had fallen asleep.

Fog rode in atop Yami and waited till they reached the temple a distance from the others in the desert, and dropped from the dragon's back, walking up the steps of the temple on the outside to the altar at the top. it was a large array, taking up the highest part of the temple, a round rooftop area, with four ? shaped structures sticking out at each compass direction, and a single spire in the center, with an altar at each corner, awaiting their use. walking to the first altar, Fog began to fidget with it, eventually pulling a knife, and pricking his thumb, dropping some blood onto the altar, causing it to glow and a red orb to appear in that altar's accompanying ? structure.

Yami flew around overhead.

Rue went into their small tent and looked at Adele.

Fog, walking to the next structure, worked on it as well, igniting its light, then the next, finishing with the fourth. walking up to the centeral altar, Fog pulled the book from his cloak, placing it on the altar befor ehim and finding a specific page, reading an absolutely ancient incantation, and placing his palm on the pedastle, he poured a huge amount of energy from the book, into the altar, igniting the symbols on the floor around him, linking the four altars with the center spire, and the four lights in the outter structures shot energy into the spire's tip, causing a sphere of energy to appear there, as well... then, in one shot, the energy was launched, at high speed, and quite clearly, towards the Mirage temple. turning from the altar, which was aglow with power now, Fog brought an arm up, gesturing for Yami to come down low enough for him to easily jump onto him. Fog was done here.

Adele sat down next to Rue. She was honestly surprised that none of the hunters that had come after Rue had tracked them there. After all, they weren't exactly well hidden.

"We still have a few hours before sunrise...try and nap a little. I'll make sure you're safe," Rue promised.

Adele nodded. She laid down and closed her eyes, starting to fall asleep.
Marius took his opportunity to untie Rolf's hands. "Go, now," he whispered to Rolf, who stood up and began heading away from the camp.

Rue watched Rolf leave from where he sat in the tent.

Yami flew in low for his new master.

Marius then laid down to go to sleep.
Adele had already fallen asleep.

Rue remained awake for the night, watching for enemies.

Adele woke up in the middle of the night. "...Rue?" she asked him.

Fog took a single leap, onto Yami's back, and gestured for him to return to the Apocalypse. it was time to put the large airship to good use. they had undone the first part of the seal in the Mirage temple, three to go, and the preformance of the ritual, and his plan will have come to fruition... he believed.

Yami dutifully turned and flew into the sky, towards the airship.
