You are now entering Vanguardian Space.
*Finally arriving at Vanguardian Space, after a long time spent in the Space Shuttle as they go through a few Hyper Jumps, the outside world from the window changes from the bright, colorful colors of Hyper Space, rushing past them as they travel in intense speed, to the dark outer space with many tiny stars shining at them from far away. As the space shuttle slows down to land in the docking bay of Grand Vanguard, the other passengers packs up their possessions, and gets ready to leave, with their ID Cards in their hand to be admitted entry.*
Shuttle Announcer: Thank you for choosing the Vanguard Shuttle Transport. We have arrived at Grand Vanguard Docking Bay. Please be sure to have all of your possessions, and have your ID Cards ready as you leave the shuttle. For those of you who do not own a Vanguardian ID Card, please be seated until we arrive at the ID Card Registration Thread in the Neo Cosmo Band. Please enjoy your stay at Grand Vanguard, and we hope to see you again choosing our Vanguard Shuttle Transport Service.
*As the doors open, the other passengers heads down the passage way, going through advanced security checks and Identification Detection Systems, to one of the many elevators that lines itself around the Axis Tower, or the Center of the Space Station.
Map: 500 F ~ 1000 F - Vanguard City 300 F ~ 499 F - Under Vanguard 100 BF ~ 299 F - Docking Bay 200 BF ~ 101 BF - Government Reserved Docking Bay 1000 BF ~ 201 BF - Government Related; Authorized Personnel Only.
Rules: 1. No God Moding. 2. No Spamming/Bumping. 3. Violence and other criminal acts committed within Vanguardian Space will result with two warnings, and on the third act within the month, your ID will be removed from the databank, and will be banned from the RP, unless you pay a fee, depending on the crimes. 4. Rivalry among other RPers would be okay, but please do respect each other. If there is something in need to settle something, please take it to a non-Vanguard thread. 5. You will need to be authorized to have weapons with you in Grand Vanguard. Please gain this authorization during your ID Registration. 6. For those of you who wish to help Grand Vanguard by participating by doing missions will gain authorization to some government related.. stuff. 7. Incase anyone without an ID Card comes and doesn't attempt to RP seriously, please ignore them. If they continue posting here, perhaps a mod may be necessary..
More to come.

Map of Vanguard City, coming soon. Links:
Ally Guilds:
Enemy Guilds:
Other Grand Vanguard Threads:
Grand Vanguard Donation Thread *Help Grand Vanguard get better!* ID Card Registration Thread Bump all you want! Help us get more RPers! Grand Vanguard Photography Mission with Gaia Gold Pay Contest has ended. Link saved for future refferences.
And services I'd like to start/hire Grand Vanguard Ramen Ten (( Japan-style Ramen.. place. o_o; LoL. )) Vanguard Phoenix Hotel A mall perhaps.. ? Some busy businesses, that can occupy the big buildings near the Axis Tower. (( Talking Big Titles here. One occupied by my video game company. XD I still need a name though.. )) Etc.
Grand Vanguard Missions BBS:
Explore New Planet: A New Planet with an Earth-like environment was discovered recently in a space three systems away from Grand Vanguard. An investigation team is being formed, and is currently in need of more people. Post in the Discussions Thread regarding this mission if you are interested.
Design New Luxury Goods: You can help our Grand Vanguard ID Shop by starting a business selling other signiture graphics. You will get the pay for your work, and with Vanguardians who already have ID Cards, they may also buy what you make, thus sales would be higher than just normally starting a business in the Mini-shops Forum.
Refer Pilots: Invite a few talented pilots to Grand Vanguard. The Jobs for them include.. 1. Transportation for people. 2. Transport large amount of supplies. 3. Racer Pilots for the Golden Phoenix Casino. 4. Space Patrol/Defence Pilots. (( You must do one of the above jobs to gain a Rank Up to gain this job. ))
Refer people that are interested in.. 1. People that are interested in the Science Department. 2. People that are interested in managing some businesses. 3. People that are interested in protecting the peace as Security Service men/Police. 4. People that are interested in mobile suits and space ships.. and you know where I'm getting at here. 5. People that are interested in space trades.
Discovery of New Planets: Perhaps to expand on our Grand Vanguard RP into other people's RPs, BUT there will be quite a couple of rules/laws that you must obay in doing this. Rules and Laws: 1. Planets of those who are not aware of these technological advances, or even the existance of inteligent life forms on other planets, shall not find out about the activities in the outer space and other planets. This includes Technological Equipments and Knowledge, Knowledge of other life forms from other planets, etc. 2. Do not interfere with any major events within the planets using any powers that these planets not know of. (( Usually it would be considered God Moding in that certain RP anyway. )) 3. Do not attack, enslave, capture, or abuse the life forms on other planets, etc.
By breaking these rules, you will be noted as a criminal in the databank, and will not be granted access to Grand Vanguard hence forth, unless bribed.

*After he makes sure that everyone was in the elevator once again, he would speak up to the elevator computer, "Four thirty seven BF.", which would recieve an input at the monitor above the elevator doors. "437 BF", displayed the monitor in crystal clear, plasma screen. Before they even knew that the elevator had even moved, due to the Gravity balancing system used on the elevator, no velocity of any sort was even felt. Not to meantion the very fast movements. As the doors would open up, on the other side revealed a large laboratory, filled with many uneasy flickering of an odd glow of colors, and machinery that ran by itself. It wasn't very hard to tell that it was a laboratory dedicated for Mech Technology by it's first sight. Locke steps out of the small boundaries of the elevator compared to that of the large room on the outside, he takes the others to the meeting room, which was not very far from where the elevator was, where the Head of Technology Science Department would be waiting for them.*
Thank you for coming, gentlemen. The tester for this project has arrived.

A goggle eyed man with thick round glasses, a white sweeping lab coat, and a head of thinning white hair walked up to Leowen and began to examine him...
The new tester you say? Oh this is an interesting specimen, yes, yes indeed. Approximately 6 foot....
he looked at his partner questioningly
One?.....tw two? Six foot two
with a little more confidence.
Early 50's...
Leowen made a slight growl....The Tech looked a little scared
...Early 40's......?
Leowen relaxed a bit
Oh where are my manners? My name is Dr. Rand!
Holding out his hand which Leowen returned with a stern look but Dr. Rand took up Leowen hand anyways and tried to shake it but only received a tight and slightly painful grip from Leowen
Incredible! It’s Mechanical! did you build this yourself? What kind of casing did you use for the main shaft? Oh this is amazing yes yes, maybe you would like a job as a Tech Scientist here yes, yes?
"Adamantine Tri-carbonate, and I’m already here for a job"
ripping his hand away from Rand. The Galahads noticed Leowen irritation and started to advance on the old scientist...
Oh these are spectacular, they look like the drone prototypes the security division is working on, and you have 6 of them! Did you create those as well?!
"I have thousands in my warehouse...they are of my own design, enjoy yourself"
as he motion to a Galahad that jumped up and hovered in front of Dr. Rand
Ma...ma...may I touch hold? Yes? Good good!
as he grabbed on the Galahad and began to look it over.
Sir!
he said looking at Locke
This could replace the prototype security drone!
Leowen smirked slightly
"Very well, now may we start the meeting?"

*He turns to Leowen and nods, taking a seat at the center of one end of the table.*
Alright, this meeting is about the advancement of Artificial Intelligence, and the need of a test subject with an extra Mech in hand to test this Artificial Intelligence on. That will be Mr. Leowen Dravon here.
*As he say so, the attention in the room turns to Leowen, some members of the Technology Science Department taking notes of his physical appearance.*
Tech Scientist E: *Just then, another man in a lab coat grabs Locke's attention by raising his hand.*
Shall we observe and take notes of his health? And while we're at it, test his mental abilities and his brain wave frequencies?
I'm sure that won't be necessary. I'm sure the Mech Pilotting License covers that.
Oh.. right.
Now, this AI program is made to be good enough to pilot many types of Mechs efficiently on many models, which would become highly useful in times of war when we may be in need of pilots. Not only that, but by the use of this program, no lives will be lost.. except for perhaps the opposing forces. The rest, Professor Eldform will explain.
Prof. Eldform: Yes.
*The attention once again swarms in the room to the professor as he clears his throat.*
This AI Program is still in beta testing, and has many flaws at this point, but with the aid of taking in data from it's testing, we may make this program succeed in it's goal earlier and cheaper than we need. So far, I believe we have perfected on the AI to act defensively by being able to tell when to evade and when to guard themselves in an instant, which many pilots cannot do, atleast this quickly. The human mind may be caught in surprize, but this AI Program is to be ready at all times, which may make it more efficient than the human pilots. However, the flaws we have are..
*The lights in the room dims down, and at the center of the table, a 3D Laser graphic of the AI Program appears in a rather strictly RGB line image.*
First, we need to test on the Melee Combat. Things may seem rather faulty for this. Thus, the extensive use of Beam Sabres would be rather dangerous at this point, we believe.
Second, they may only run for 30 minutes straight at this point. They are rechargable, but 30 minutes is a rather short time. We are still working on the energy source for this AI Program.
Third, this AI Program still has some bugs and glitches. I believe it may be caused by the number of energy left in the Mech that it is pilotting. I believe the glitch occurs when the EN is at 40%. What it does then is rather hard to tell at this point, but please do keep in mind not to let the EN equal exactly 40% of the Max EN your Mech can contain.
*The room's lights return as the 3D Laser image scatter and disappear in the air.*
That will be all of the problems we may have for now, but with a test pilot and a complete data scan of the AI Program in use, we hope to fix it from it's bugs and glitches. That will be all for now.
*Locke nods, and turns to the people of the meeting.*
Any questions?

*She took a seat next to Locke and sat listening to the meeting. As they were talking she noticed a few paper clips lieing about on the table.* Hmm... ¬.¬ *She yawned a little, then looked at the paper clips again and giggled. She reached out her hand and began flicking them across the table.* XD

*Upon looks of expectant faces of the Tech Scientis and a confident face of Leowen, sitting at the side of the long table, he finds that no one has any questions concerning the meeting.*
Alright, meeting dismissed.
*The members of the Technology Science Department all gets up as they talk to each other about the meeting and leave, leaving Locke, Vicki, Leowen, Prof. Eldform, and Dr. Rand in the room.*
Well, that should be it. You can just give Prof. Eldform here a call whenever your Mech for the AI Program to use is ready.
Prof. Eldform: Yes, my scientists will install the AI Program into your secondary Mech and also a scanner to detect the activity within the program while in use.
