You know, it's common courtesy to, rather than crudely stating that art is bad, at least explain your reasoning behind it. That's what a good critique does.

For instance:

Personally, I think that, for the style, it could have been done better if you chose certain pictures. Rather than just chunking the general digivolutions of the digimon, something that makes them look less like they are just standing there... maybe something about the digimon that adds a romantic aspect to it, like having them maybe facing each other or the like, at the least.

Other than that, it is a fair attempt.

to be honest its not very good, i mean all you did was stick some already existing images of digimon on an already existing background image. plus the cutting out of the digimon is pretty poor quality as well. sorry but I don't like em.
