[PRP] Now isn't this ironic? (Ekage/Zira)

The female found it all too ironic that soon after leaving the Pridelands, she found herself back in her homelands.
Zira paced back and forth infront of the watering hole, wondering why her travelling comrade had decided to come here in the first place and all over wondering if her family was doing alright.
All these worries in her head made her smirk, all the talk of losing clumps of fur over too many worries popped into her head and she decided to take her mind off it with some hunting.

Zira was a very acomplished hunter, learning from watching her foster mother and the other lionesses of the pride.
So it didn't take her long to track down a herd of gazelle and bring down one of the older members before dragging it back to where she and Ekage were staying.
Once she'd dragged her prize back to their temporary den she looked around before roaring out to see if he was around.

Afterall, she couldn't eat this all by herself.

These feelings inside, they were such a funny thing, but felt so, so right. Amesi was so caring, so kind, so pure and delightful, wonderful company, and he smiled as he walked about musing about her. She made him have butterflies in his stomach, and he wanted to seek her out again, to say hi, to walk about with her, it just felt so right when he was around Amesi.

But what about Zira, how could he tell her that he...didn't want to leave, didn't want to travel anymore...that...he had found someone here who he cared for so deeply.

That...perhaps he was falling in love, or was in love.

How could he tell her that...he wanted to stay with Amesi.

As Zira roared again she noticed the white male before smiling and moving towards him...he seemed very happy didn't he?
And as she grew closer she had to give a rather smug chuckle.

"What's got you so happy today?" She questioned out of the blue as she aproached him.

"Its just so wonderful here Zira," he said with a smile, peering back towards Pride Rock, around him, everywhere, just hoping to get a glimpse of that white pelt that belonged to Amesi. How she made him feel, it was crazy, but so lovely. Should he tell her, would Zira be mad? He went to speak but stopped suddenly, would Zira take it hte wrong way? "Just, everyone here is so wonderful, its so calm adn serene here...everyone is so nice."

Especially someone in particular.

His Amesi.

The ebony figure raised a slender brow to the pale figure of her comrade, ears perked as she watched him curiously and then let a smirk lace her muzzle.
She then sat down briefly to clean her dark red paws as she watched him.

"Well yeah, a lot of lions here are very nice...I have lived here for most of my life and all I've known is good." She said softly, staring at Priderock for a moment and swallowing down a lump of regret for leaving her brother and foster family.

"I caught us some lunch, you up for it?" She asked, not thinking there was anything else he needed to say.

Lunch? Hmmm, his stomach rumbled just slightly so, "Only after you have your fill, alright Zira? I'm not too hungry, you should eat first," he said with a nod, his white mane falling into his brown gaze, he gave a smile. Though in certain areas, if not most, males were to eat first, Ekage had a different type of moral belief on such a thing.

Strange, some would call it, but normal for him.
