I agree that it being risque' does not preclude it being steampunk. However, it seems more goth to me than steampunk in particular.

That first anime picture... A guy in a suit on a couch? Not steampunk at all for me I'm afraid.

A guy in some armor? That would be fantasy, still no steam...

the "victorians" would have been disgusted by just about every Steampunk outfit there ever was.

so it's mostly punk instead of mostly steam? I say it's still SP, what with all the leather and buckles and high collar and dystopian-ness. heart
