I had a meet this morning.
It was at Angel's Camp - Calaveras County Fairgrounds.
I did worse than my past races. D=



Anyone have tips for workouts for track?

states were today, I didn't make it, but the season is over crying next year will be my senior year

hmm I woudl say try to run at least a little 3 times a week

I run 3-5 miles everyday.
I've improved A LOT and it's only my freshman year. =D
