Actually, don't even bring shame on yourself even without a Guild banner, in fact if you regularly do such, I recommend you snap out of the habit immediately.

How about this: I say we encourage our members to bring honor to the guild wearing a guild banner, rather than going for the negative.

If it's alright, I made one of my own.

I like the transparent background types. Although I am not sure why but you can see a bit of greyish/whiteish static stuffs at the top of it, and it only appears when on forum. Everywhere else its a clean transparent background. =/ Odd.
