Yes, I agree completely. It feels like it's Regulus to me. I told the rest of my family after I read the book (the day it came out) and they said I was being daft.

The locket they found while cleaning probably is the horcrux, too.

I'm not so sure about that, but I cant disprove it.

As soon as I saw the note, my thoughts turned to Regulus, and then to the locket no one could open. confused

Well, I don't really remember the locket. And I think I remember Sirius saying that he was killed because he didn't want to be a Death Eater anymore. Though, Regulus might not be dead, but in hiding. *shrugs*
