I got a question

Kay, any other place I would probably be flammed for this or something, but hey it's a girl thing (no pun intended). Kay here is my question. I like my friends cousin and from what he told me and other people told me, he likes me too. When we talked he said he probably would end up asking my out, but the only problem is that we live about 45 minutes from each other and we only see each other in the summer and some weekends. Last weekend he was out here so all of us (my friends) went to the movies. When we got back to my friend's house his cousin asked me to prom. But you see earlier that day my friend's mom and the kid's aunt said I should just ask him out and was actually gonna drag me out to him and ask for me if need be. Then another of my friends walked through the room and said it would be a shoe-in. So I guess that's my problem, I don't know what to do crying gonk
