she steps out from her side of the area into the light. the crowd roars as she steps forward, various items clinking as she flaps her wings a bit. a glow of light seems to exist around her.

Hector was next to step in, today he didn't have the might Ryu-kage blade by his side. Though in tow he had a myriad of other Shinobi affections, kunai strapped to his belt, chiropractic needles nestled within his flak vest, and shurikens within the pouches of th flak vest. His eyes glanced over to his opponent momemtarily as he made way for the other side of the arena, assessing her figure as he was already contemplating a victory scenario without damage.

her wings flapped a bit and she took to the air, drawing the glowing pistol she carried that seemed to be made of some stong metal. she took aim at hector and fired three bullets.

Hector didn't know the property of the bullets, or her powers. So he did the intially smart thing when he saw her draw the gun, and he quickly jumped back as she was firing. The first two missed completely , but the third richocheted off the ground and 'nicked the his top roght shoulder vest, almost hitting the skin.
" Too close."
Though they seemed a little invalid at this point, Hector drew from inside his vest three chiropractic needles, nestled within the crevices of his fingers. He swung his hand dispatching the needles at the woman, aiming for her gun to rid himself of that onus.

she cursed, though it was mild cause she was an angel. when she saw him throw something she raised her arms slightly, the two wristguards creating an aura of deflection. unless they were magical the needles would richoshay off, and if they were they'd be slowed to where she could grab one. the glow around the gun seemed to pulse as the ammo refilled a bit, replacing the three shot with 2 more. she shot again, but only one bullet, as she began chanting a spell.

Hector once again reacted to her hands movements, moving in time to dodge the bullet as he flipped backwards and came to a skidding halt in a half-kneel stance. Seeing that she was herself idle, he took this chance to bring his hands together in the form of the 'tori' hand seal. This hand seal was ideal for water based techniques, as may or not be portryaed in whatever course of action he took.
"Usi, hari, tori."
He repeated the same three words over and over, moving his hands in accordance with the hand seal spoken. The chakra from within his circulatory system fervored, and began to conjure around his body, giving it a luminous blue hue.

she continued chanting the spell as she watched him far below. she wondered what he was doing, not liking the glowy thing around him. her gun made more bullets to refill it completely and she shot at him again, three more bullets sent to hit him.

The bullets were met with what was seemingly an invisible force field, but in fact this was the beginning of Hector's most frequently used technique. The bullets still suspended in mid-air, Hector began to spin rapidly on his feet, rotating over and again. The "field" was now visible as pure chakra, the blue energies circulated his body in accordance with his spinning motion. Soon, he was completely engulfed in a sphere of chakra, hazed from sight. The bullets had been ensnared by the chakra, and only upon Hector's beckon did the bullets leave the spinning sphere, right back at the woman in ten-fold speed.

she continued to chant as he started his little spinny thing, and was surprised when the bullets returned. her deflection aura wasn't enough to deflect them, just change direction slightly. they clipped her arm, but didn't do too much damage as they left behind a white glow. her gun reloaded by 2 again and she waited, drawing her sword.
