Spring break has just started, and it's already fantastic -- I got the email notification today that we got the $500 research grant for our machine creativity/music-playing-robot project (which we've named Cantus, the Latin word for "music/a song"). biggrin That'll take care of about half of our estimated budget, so I'm pretty stoked.
Tomorrow morning I leave for Illinois with some of my sisters; we're going to visit the alpha chapter of our sorority and probably explore Chicago a bit in the process. It'll be a long drive (about 8.5 hours), but it'll be fun. I've gotta start packing and prepping my car...
