Rakshi was concentrating deeply as he glanced over at his beloved, and smiled, "There's a basket with some of the first blooms, our little colt found them for the ceremony as he insisted on being of some assistance." He chuckled. Their son was pretty good at finding things, nearly amazingly so. "Do you think it'll be the same madhouse it was when the first three were born, or worse?" He grinned as he went about arranging the area, neatly placing each decoration and trying to stick to some sort of theme as they went. He wondered a little idly about the new friend that Cadhla was bringing, especially since it seemed perhaps this was not only a friend. Then again, one never knew with his son the tinkerer of many things, "Do you think the little ones will be okay with all the company?" He was only slightly worried, not for their daughter, but for their son as he seemed to be so shy around anyone outside the family. His timid nature was still something that Rakshi was trying to work with, allowing the colt to be soft spoken, but making sure when he did speak he was heard by those around him.
She was off gathering up some of the supplies they'd kept from the earlier months, it was after all feasting time, she made sure to have an assortment, since most of her family ate vegetation she figured that the stored grasses would be enough, and a bushel of berries that her younger brother had helped find would be best for snacking on. Not that the whole thing would last long enough to really get hungry, she wondered a little if her son's mate would drop by, or if she was busy elsewhere. Either way, Haven was busying herself with the food prep.
Keary was busily keeping an eye out for his mate as well as keeping watch over his uncle and aunt. They weren't being too much trouble as it was nearing the time for them to be presented. More and more had shown up and were working on organizing the main event, so being in charge of the pair the event was for wasn't the most tasking thing.
His tendrils were wiggling, he was excited, but also scared. Would the whole of everyone coming today be disturbed by his appearance? Would they accept him as his mother finally had? Would they hate him? So many questions worried his small heart that he couldn't keep himself from the nervous wiggle of his petals. "It will be alright." He told himself as he tried to get his head straight. Today was the day his name was made official. Not that he was sure why that was such a large production, but it was what his family wanted.

His head turned for a moment as he spotted the shock of pink that was his fairy lady, she was after all something out of fairy tales with delicate wings. He nickered a greeting to her before turning to his young uncle, "I'll be right back." With that he trotted over to meet her half way, an affectionate nose to her cheek.
"I'm so glad you could make it." His odd eyes showed exactly how much he appreciated her arrival, "It's somewhat a mad house, but I'll keep beside you till your more comfortable if you like, Zee?" It was his nick name for her, he liked her whole name and spoke it often, but he also liked the shortening to the sound of its first letter. He'd often found the letter fascinating in itself and being able to call someone by it alone gave his somewhat bookish nature glee.
The little colt merely nodded in response, keeping silent and still, the hooves of someone unfamiliar on the ground made him curious and his large ears flicked to pick up any sound, but he tried not to be too terribly obvious, there was after all now two strangers in the offing and they both seemed very interesting.
