It wasn't easy being a seer. Not that he really knew what it meant. He had just heard the term and learned a little bit from various lores here and there. They were considered children of Gods, and some WERE actually children of Gods. they could see things that normal animals couldn't see.

They could see the future. And he was no different- he could see things that hadn't yet happened. He could see beings he had never met, in situations he couldn't hope to make up. And it was real. Sometimes it happened, sometimes he stopped it from happening. Small things that knowing allowed often changed the future, even if he didn't rush in to save the day. Not that he always needed to- he didn't always see terrible thing. Actually, he wondered sometimes if something was wrong with his visions.

Most of the time, they were terribly boring. Two lions having a conversation. Someone bringing back a kill or Thrall unexpectedly. When was he going to see someone in trouble. Someone he could save?

It bothered him that he couldn't help lions. That's what he wanted to do. Sighing heavily, he roamed his pride, looking around to find a young lioness he had seen in his most recent vision. He knew she had been upset, though he didn't know why.

At least someone had been frowning in a vision this time- maybe he could comfort them.
