"Crazy 88 is a restaurant and nightclub in town. It's.. one of our more legitimate businesses," Shun stated before blinking, "Oh. I may be asked to help with extortion. If someone doesn't pay when they've been given a loan or somesuch, then... well s**t happens for them, for example."

Hel stared at Shun blankly. A restaurant…Jack, she sure hoped Shun wasn’t a waiter there…that’d just be awkward. She couldn’t even imagine Shun in that position…so she hoped he was like…a guard or…something…a bouncer? Is that what they called those guys? Hrm. Regardless, she made a note to check out this…Crazy 88. It was always good to know what ah…other potential was up and about…plus she wanted to keep tabs on this thing Shun felt compelled to stay with.

“Ah, I see…” She trailed off for a moment and then nodded her head, almost ready to start up the topic of ‘well Shun could you not try something else?’ again but, for now, decided against it. For right now, things seemed okay, and for right now, it’d have to do. “…Hey…would you join a mercenary guild?” She suddenly piped up. “Yanno…skills for hire…? Adventuring and treasure hunting…that kind of stuff?”

Shun tilted his head at the idea of a mercenary guild. It was... interesting to say in the least.

"Perhaps. As long as the jobs taken don't conflict with the Family's interests. A few of the things done might not be too different, anyway."

He might have been thinking of different sorts of skills for hire.

Hel grinned, wiggling in her chair excitedly. She definitely wanted Shun to be apart of her mercenary guild. He was her most trusted ally when it came to matters of battle and the blade! But, on the other hand, if Shun did join…she didn’t exactly that him to have to report to his father what her guild was up to, either…

Hrm.

This was now a bit of a tricky situation.

“So…say you join a mercenary guild…” The reaper started. “…Would you have to report what is going on within it to your father?”

"That depends on the nature of the job that's taken," Shun replied, "If.. say for example... you're to strike against some sort of criminal activity not related to the Kuroda directly, I would have to report it."
