Crying, hating, can't breathe, Anxiety attack mebbe.... definite depression.

Crawling back into bed let's it beat you. While sleep is definitely important when you are having an episode of depression/anxiety, you can't just sleep it away either. It takes a lot of will power to break out of a breakdown, for lack of better advice. Do something constructive when you start to feel terrible, something you enjoy like playing with your pets or painting your nails, you have a new curling iron, play with that.

Or go kick the ******** out of something. That usually helps me.

Better today, probably was so bad because of lack of sleep. I wound up making cookies to try and workout my crazy. It helped then I crashed into bed.
